Barb called me to advise merchandise was available; best of all she was the first person I spoke with in the store. Cordial , outgoing, relaxed and professional customer service; she knew a lot of different product information. We discussed a few options and looked at a couple other merchandise items. The sale was great and Heidi used the wagon to take the items to my vehicle. All around, thank you, Barb and Heidi for the great interaction. We still need this, today, even with the pandemic. Glen great customer service-answered questions, made suggestions and provided information owner gentleman great the previos two visits we talked about the feeders and I bought the live meal worms for my curved beak friend waiting for him to enjoy his special snack
