I was helped to get a discount and my birthday bonus. There was a problem and they had to void out one sale and add another. Both of them showed up on my American Express. I will probably have to cancel one of them on American Express. This is an extra step for me that I would prefer Not to have to do

You always get a friendly greeting. Store is always extremely clean. It feels like you are visiting a neighbor or friend every time you walk in the door.

The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable about the products in the shop. We enjoy feeding and caring for our birds and from each trip to the shop we have learned something new abt our bird population.
