Wild Birds Unlimited

I came in for advice on a bird feeder and got excellent help. I purchased a cage to put over my feeder, to keep out doves, and it's working beautifully. The manager who helped me was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Everyone in the Las Cruces store is extremely friendly. One item wasn't available online and I was able to order it over the phone. The staff easily added that item to my online order. When I arrived for curbside pick-up, Glen was out with my items in very little time. They accidentally placed only one instead of three no mess cylinders in the bag and immediately corrected the order. I didn't realize until I to home that they ended up giving me an extra cylinder for free. I'm very happy with Wild Birds Unlimited in general and this store in particular. Keep up the good work!

WBU is always a pleasurable place to shop. There is always new merchandise to look at and the staff is knowledgeable and caring. The nature programs are excellent. The best store of its kind that I have seen.

They had what we wanted and honored a coupon even though it was too early in the month. Plus knowledgeable about products.

The merchandise I sought was available. The 25% discount coupon that I received in the mail was applied to my purchase. The transaction was conductor expeditiously,

I know the quality of the merchandise is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and is able to answer all my questions. my birds love your food, and are eating me out of house and home. I may have to put them on a diet. My only problem was with the fedex delivery. Although the label clearly read 180, they delivered it to my neighbor at 160 so I didn't get it until today. I did not have an estimated delivery time or day.
