I am always very satisfied with my Wild Birds experience. I have been shopping there since they first opened. The staff is friendly and I had not been in the store for awhile due to employment issues due to COVID and the staff expressed that they were concerned that they had not seen me for awhile. ( I am normally there every 2 weeks.

Always have what I need in stock

Products offered in store. Knowledge of staff in store. Friendliness of staff.

Prompt and courteous on the phone. Everything I wanted was in stock and delivered the same day with the driver following my instructions perfectly.

We have been shopping here since they opened. Everyone is always very helpful and knowledgeable and a joy to work with.

We came in for some of the birds kites. The store had one,which we bought. Then we had the lady order us another one. She knew what she was doing and did very well. Problem...we had told other people about the bird kites and the use of them on the pole to keep birds away from the pool area. And you did not have any in stock. The people we told was going to go to the Las Cruces store to buy one and now they can't.

I love the quality of the merchandise. I love the friendly, helpful service in the Las Cruces store, and the efficient delivery service when I am unable to get to the store.

The store is artfully arranged. The staff are always welcoming with smiles. My birds prefer that their food come from Wild Birds.
