I love your store and all of you guys.Most of all the birds love you to. It's great that you help load the items in my car it helps a lot because of my health. It's great that you deliver it will help me a lot but I still need to come in to see new goodies.

Kristi and her staff are knowledgeable and friendly when we visit. We talk about birds and sightings and what food and supplies are working right now. We enjoy our local WBU.

The lady I believe was Nancy. She was very helpful by asking question. Such as, what kind of birds I wanted to feed and she bring out an album or book of bird photos so I could identify the birds. She took me to the feeder so I may choose one and she gave me subjections. Then she showed me which type of food the birds would feed on. She was very helpful. Thank you!
