Staff is always friendly and helpful getting what I came for. Bird seeds are all ways fresh ,no unexpected surprises when I opened the bag. Most importantly, I don't feel like just another paying customer

We came to see the live raptors event at the store. Clay helped me with our purchases. He was very knowledgeable about all the merchandise and pointed out items which he thought I would like and which I purchased. He’s also very knowledgeable about birds as well as local bird-focused events.

In this specific experience, my shopping excursion was complimented by Nancy and Wes. Nancy is a gem and has a unique talent for offering product combinations. When I mentioned how much we love our acorn feeder and fill it regularly with peanut halves (which the birds devour) Nancy suggested adding bark butter bits (the larger size) with the peanut halves. What a grand idea because the birds go crazy, too, for Jim's Birdacious Bark Butter Bits and this combination is likely to have them cleaning out the feeder even faster. Thanks, Nancy, for pointing me in a fun direction in our bird-feeding yard of WBU products. And Wes, he's a gem, too, I am thinking of an amethyst that brings peace and sincerity every time I visit with him. Thanks, WBU Las Cruces, for a great experience.
