I do not need a lot of sentences. My wife and I go the local store because they are very friendly, are knowledgeable able the products, and are very helpful when it comes to making decisions of what to purchase. There is no sales pressure. It is just a fun place to go. They also have a learning center where people who are knowledgeable on various wildlife make presentation: snakes, bats, owls, etc.

They know their birds. Very friendly. Store always has what I need and then some! Having fresh coffee s a plus.

I love the store. Nancy usually helps me, but Barb is also terrific. I like doing business with Kristi and Wayne.

Its the only place I have been able to find thistle for my finches. Very grateful for that. Also for the education I receive every time I go there on birds and their feeding. A trip to that store should be mandatory for all classrooms!!!!

Kristi, Wes and all the staff are amazingly friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring. It's always a pleasure doing business at the Las Cruces WBU!

Glen is as friendly and knowledgeable a clerk as is Nancy.... though Nancy is a true saleswoman!! WBU products are colorful, "bird eye-catching", and reasonably priced. Can't wait to decorate my Christmas tree with those lovely hummingbird (beaded), nor to share future gifts with my special family members and friends.

Brought in broken feeder, it was cheerfully fixed Sales persons are helpful and knowledgeable and always interesting new products

The quality if all of the products is evident. The birds love the food. I love getting Bird Bucks!
