Always satisfied with the nut cylinders. Very disappointed with the results of thr suet cylinder and the suet bark butter balls. The birds will not touch the them. Any way to return the bark butter balls? We already threw out the cylinder.

I have been visiting your store near me for at least 15 years. I love watching the birds in front of my home flock to and enjoy the food I purchase from your store. Specifically, the most frequent visitors to my feeders are Western Blue Birds, Finches and most recently two Eurasian Pigeons.
