I always smile when I enter the store because of the beautiful merchandise, its display, the availability of the seeds I buy, and the friendly helpful staff.

I always shop there for any needed animal supplies. Such a friendly and helpful staff. Plus, it's very close by to where I live.

Alan and Linda are the people I seem to run into the most, but all the store employees are nice. I am new to birds and they have been so kind and helpful! Sometime I email photos of birds in yard and ask about the species, and Alan is very responsive. I also love the shop is dog friendly and knows my dog's names when I come in. I am looking forward to the raptor events and the black Friday specials. It's a really fun community of people. Only feedback is I wish there were some in person events perhaps a talk about certain local species or something where a few people gather and I can meet others in the area that are into local wildlife.

I always talk to Alan. He has given me good advice re squirrels in my bird feeders.

Such friendly staff and beautiful store. Love that it’s dog-friendly and I always get my hummingbird feeders there. I also love the earrings they have. I’ve gotten several pairs over the years.

Management/Owners are always focused on customer care . They are excellent at insuring they offer quality products suitable for your birds. Delivery time is exceptionally fast
