They are always friendly and have a good selection and are helpful if you need help. The only negative is that the store hours are too limited. You are closed by the time I can get there after work most days.

The sales personnel are extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. I have shopped at the store many times over the past 3+ years, and each time is a lovely experience. I ask questions, have been helped with bird feed, feeders, hanging equipment, cones, and bought books as well. Each time the representative listens, and is able to troubleshoot to identify potentially the best food/equipment for my yard. It’s always a pleasure shopping here.

Friendly knowledgeable staff

Alan and staff work so hard to make this a good experience. I always come away having learned so much. I live some distance from the store, but it is worth the drive. I will continue to shop at this store at least every other month. I would go there more often, if it were closer.
