The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about all things birds. Customer experience is very important. If people are not satisfied with the quality of service they receive in the store they won’t come back. Wild Bird store reminds me of old fashioned friendly neighborhood store where everyone is so friendly and smiling. It makes me want to pop in the store even if I don’t have anything to buy. They remember the customers too which is always appreciated. Alan and Dianne are the two people I encounter the most in my few trips to the store. My first experience in the store was with Dianne. She knew exactly what I wanted and explained all the do’s and dont’s of bird feeding. Alan - his vast knowledge of products and birds impresses me so much. I was never into birds so much but now I enjoy watching them all the time and I now see Hawks in my backyard for the first time ever!

Love the gift section. In addition to a new bird feeder and a cute ant moat I found the perfect purse. The Owner’s were helpful and friendly, greeting everyone enthusiastically. I was impressed they new their customer’s needs. It’s like “Cheers” of the bird world.
