I took my pups in with me and they were welcomed and given treats. Everyone is always so personable and helpful.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. They were out of a product but knew exactly when they would be getting their next shipment so I can come back and get it.

They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Able to explain and give you the product you didn’t know you needed! The delivery was exceptional, and very much appreciated!

I called ahead. My order (worms) was brought up to the register as soon as I arrived. The person who waited on me was pleasant. Notified me of my discount. I belong to the Club and acquire points. India, thanked me for coming!

Got the products I needed and encouraged the shopper in the line ahead of me! Dunno interact.

The owners of the store are wonderful! Not just knowable, the love making sure they understand what you are looking for, and even if it is something odd, they help you find what is right. It was a pleasure to spend time in the store.

The staff is always friendly. They answer all my questions and spend the time necessary to answer them completely. If I have questions about birds,they answer them or look up the information.
