Haven’t been to the store for a while but always pleased. My brother enjoyed it was his first time.

I was the only shopper in the store. I got complete attention and help from the salesperson. Also, she was very knowledgeable.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! The only suggestion I would make is to keep merchandise on the shelves, rather than in the back. A few times now, we have gone in to purchase something and that area of the shelf is empty and we almost walked out thinking they were out of stock of that item. Then we're told, "we might have some in the back" and they do. They should make sure the stock is kept out on shelves instead of empty areas.

Always helpful and knowledgeable. Provide good advice when needed or requested. I drive a long distance to shop there because of the positive experience.

My husband and I enjoy visiting and shopping at WBU. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. We are just beginning our bird helping hobby.

Knowledgeable about Orioles. I bought and put out some Blubird Jam and that brought them back again. Good call. Also asked about our Western Bluebird nest/box. Will try spraying with vinegar to get the Chlorox smell out for next season....February. Would like more information on Bats and Owls. Not sure if I can provide for nesting alternatives but would like to see/hear/read of ways of attracting and providing good shelter.

The lady helping me was very nice and helpful. A great experience shopping there. Very glad this store is near me. Good supply of my needs for the birds here.

Have been frequenting these stores for many years and just enjoy walking around in them.
