Local owner was kind if bossy. Not very friendly, rude to employee

I thought your selection of hummingbird feeders was very limited. It was much less than Green Thumb nursery, but different. I understand you only want to sell the very best product. The one I chose (2) was pricey and my hummers haven't quite fallen in love with them yet. We shall see!

I was very satisfied. I probably won't recommend the store in the next 60 days because I know of no one who feeds birds.

I had to make a return for seed the birds would not eat. The return was fine, I was just hoping that I could get a partial refund for the wasted cylinders since the birds won't eat it. I've always loved your store and will continue to come back. Meanwhile I'm feeding the seed to the crows so it's not wasted.

A person ahead of me took a long time to check out. Not sure why.

The sales people were wonderful and very helpful. The manager was rude and wanted to charge us too much. The sales people were able to talk her out of it. That woman--the manager--should not be allowed to interact with customers.

What I needed was no longer available in the store and the staff was not very serving as to ordering it for me. They were to busy at the time to look to see if it was still available even when there was 3 people on staff.

I knew what I wanted but I wanted to look around at my own pace. The first worker picked up the product and took it to the register - which was fine, then hovered as I walked around. Another customer came in and she went to the new customer - which I was grateful for. Then another worker came out and asked to help me. I kindly said that I was ok. She hovered. I could have taken my time and looked at everything but didn’t feel comfortable. I made my purchase and left. It happens every time I shop there. I know that they want to be helpful but I like to shop at my own pace.
