I still have NOT received my online order.

My complaint about defective product I bought a year ago was ignored. Received a lot of hype about bargains and discounts but received nothing of substance

Expected some discount since am registered. Prices are very high.

I did not say that I way not satisfied. On the contrary, I love the Wild Birds Unlimited store and staff. Always a friendly place, staff is very knowledgeable and go out of their way to serve their customers, store is clean and well organized.

Always a pleasant experience.

Lack of a customer service attitude from first approach. They are to listen to the issues that I was raising regarding a product that was defective. Disrespectful manner of responding to my concern. In the end, a failure to address the reason I had to come to the store. A completely miserable customer service experience.

Both your store and your staff are always delightful!
