Staff is always friendly which is so unlike most stores

Lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and so friendly.

Every time I order, the seed is sent out right away, packaged nicely, the staff is kind and professional, and always know my needs.

Neighborhood store. Decent location. Quality merchandise. Good supply of bird seeds and bird related merchandise. Store personnel are knowledgeable about the products because they use it and can/do make recommendations and suggestions. The highlight of my day no matter when I go to shop.

The staff is exemplary in friendliness, helpfulness and knowledge. If there was one reason to come back it would be that! I can't stop there, however. The store is wonderful and always a peaceful and enjoyable shopping experience. The merchandise is so well curated, it's hard not leaving without buying at least one thing. You are a prime example of how a "brick and mortar" experience is superior to online stores.

Everyone at Wild birds Unlimited have always been nothing short of fantastic! It is more than “just a bird store”; it is a place where the staff become friends, taking the time to greet you and talk with you. Of course their birdseed and merchandise are good quality.
