The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love supporting a local business. I do have one thing to add - I came to the presentation on Saturday Jan. 20th about the birds of prey. It was excellent and I loved it. However, there was a small detail I would improve upon - the flyer said that bird food samples would be available and I did not receive any. I was looking forward to getting some so I was a bit disappointed in that. Otherwise, it was great.

Hailey and Marcel have always gone above and beyond to help. Both are very friendly and we always have great discussions about our local birds and which products would best benefit our local birds

Knowledgeable staff member understood my concerns and helped me select products that met my needs. She even made me aware of helpful products I didn’t know existed for my problem.
