Frazier is an excellent massage therapist! He takes the time to make sure you are comfortable with the pressure and the sports stretching techniques he uses. He also follows up afterwards to see if the techniques used during the session helped - he truly cares about the services he provides.

Sandra is the best therapist I've ever had (and I'm 70). She is a talented professional who loves her job and genuinely cares about her clients. The facility staff is always peasant, courteous and efficient and the facility itself provides a comfortable atmosphere.

I didn’t have to wait when I arrived. The receptionist was nice. Sandra was awesome.

The Hand and Stone in Montclair is run very efficiently. It's always easy to book a treatment and the staff is always warm and courteous at check in. My massage therapist, Sandra, is a pro and gives an exceptional massage, always effectively addressing my issues and requests.

Alexa is an amazing esthetician, she has really helped my skin look clean, fresh and rejuvenated. I appreciate that she is mindful of my budget which definitely helps in me being able to return. The locale is alway clean and serene as are the back rooms. My appointments are always on time and all are helpful.

Manager not good with follow through. My son left a message for manager on July 6, 2024 to cancel his membership. She did not return call for 3 weeks; hence, he was charged for another month's service. I am not very satisfied with her performance. (Montclair location). Otherwise, everyone else is awesome.

Both massage and facial were outstanding. Ann and Stephanie were professional, knowledgeable and skilled. My skin was glowing and I was very relaxed.
