The staff was very friendly. I was very relaxed during my stay there. I was extremely happy with all services I received. The staff was very attentive to the needs I had.

Jenn is a very talented esthetician. I have tried 3 other estheticians at the Montclair location & was very dissatisfied. I had one massage in Montclair since I’ve been a member & it was worthless. I have tried numerous times to schedule a massage with a different masseuse & there is never any availability.

Massage therapist (Nancy) was extremely polite and really good at what she does. Booking the massage, we called really late and tried to book TWO appointments at the same time - but all spots were taken, so ended up taking back-to-back spots -- which honestly worked out better, since we both got Nancy who is superb! And check-in was a breeze, everyone is so nice. Love the temp of the room, the warmth of the massage bed, lights, music... everything was excellent.

H&S has become a consistent and reliable spa option. Staff is professional. Membership option is very convenient.

Gabi (my massage therapist) is fantastic! She took great care to undo the many knots that had cropped up during the past year of daily, intense exercise. Gabi is very kind, attentive, and knowlegeable. I really look forward to my next massage with her!
