The esthetician, Jennifer, was very knowledgeable about her craft. She was respectful and did not bombard me with product purchase requests, but did make some great recommendations.

The last massage therapist was great, she helped me feel relax so I rebooked with her. The oils used smell very good and I appreciate the new member value.

This was my 2nd time going to hand and stone and that facility. I love the feeling of relaxation and the attitude and attention everyone gives you. I will be back more often every 2 months. ❤️❤️❤️

The reasons why I chose Highly Satisfied for my answers. The check in was really quick. Before I finish checking I was being called in the back for my massage section. Also,once I entered the Massage Therapist asked my reason for my massage and what areas did she need to focus on,and she/Ms.Sophie was great. My massage was awesome. I will be going back. My body felt so light after that massage.
