My experience was fantastic! My massage therapist was very professional, she asked what areas I needed focus on, and helped me feel very relaxed. She spent a great amount of time on the area I mentioned, I left feeling extremely relaxed. The sounds in the room helped me stay relaxed, I didn't hear any sounds from other rooms or the hallway. I will definitely be returning.

The woman at the front desk is very friendly and knowledgable. She explained the Hand & Stone membership program to me and, the benefits seemed attractive so I joined right away. I'm very thankful to my friend who is a member and provided me with a gift card over the holidays. I would have never known about this amazing program.

There is one front desk girl, the one that booked my 1/4/2023, and booked my two guest for 1/13/2023, that when I call she picks up as if the call is a burden to her, she does not listen and seems distracted and is rude, and makes mistakes because she is not listening, not the first time i have had a poor interaction with her. otherwise everyone else is great.
