Erica always makes me feel welcomed. She’s extremely knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is comfortable. She isn’t pushy and trying sell you products but instead, lets the products she’s using speak for themselves which I truly appreciate as I feel no pressure to buy. She’s the most valuable asset Hand & Stone has and I don’t know if I could trust anyone else with my skincare.

Shirley is the absolute best. I have been going to see her every 2 weeks for at the least year.

I was acknowledged immediately upon entering the establishment. The staff was pleasant, polite, and professional. I didn't have to wait long for my appointment. The massage therepist was excellent.
