H&S in Naples is what I use as a benchmark at H&S in Canada. You guys knock it out of the park, from entry to receptionists, to therapists and leaving. Nicely done. What more can I say, I look forward to my H&S visits when I return to Naples. Sometimes it's hard to decide which therapist to chose, between Maritza, Danay and Lauren, you have rock stars. I have and will continue to refer customers to you as well as buy gift cards to send my friends. Keep up the good work!

The facial was very relaxing. I was disappointed with the use of the NuFace upgrade because it was shocking me on one side of my face. The esthetician couldn’t solve it so she just left it alone. Therefore the result was much less than I usually get.

Susan was professional, friendly and did a great job of educating me on the condition of my skin, and treatments she could provide to improve it. I followed her advice and am very happy with my skin and how it looked after my appointment.

Nicole was wonderful. She is very knowledgable about massage techniques and explained things she was doing as she did them. The room and a nice ambiance to it and felt like I was in my own world.
