Hand and Stone

The front desk staff is amazing. I LOATHE that EVERY SINGLE TIME I go I have to sign a release. Can't it cover 1 year please!? The Massusse was good but didn't connect, he had nails that didnt feel great, but his pressure was terrific, he had a lot on his mind it seemed. I LOVE the manager Melissa she runs a terrific place!

Shirley was very skilled in helping with the areas I mentioned. Loved her long strokes and ability to make me very relaxed. I would recommend her to anyone who would be seeking a therapist. Unfortunately I will be leaving for Ohio tomorrow and cannot enjoy Hand and Stone till next season

They were efficient. They were timely. They were very friendly.

Everything was on time and in schedule. Esthetician was friendly and helpful.It was easy to book my next appointment. No pressure to purchase products.

The place is always immaculately clean, the gals who work up front are always pleasant and helpful. My appointments always run on time. Every time I think I'm spending too much money and have thoughts of quitting my membership, I have such a relaxing and fulfilling facial that I continue to book appointments. I see the price going up and up and if it goes up more I will be forced to resign my membership but for now, I love it.

I love Hand and Stone. I have always had wonderful experiences weather I am in Grand Rapids or Naples.
