People in the store were very kind and gave me good advices and suggestions, in special the salesperson Yuleidys. My purchase was beautiful, my wife loves the gift.

I walked into Pandora not knowing what I wanted to get my mother for her birthday. Ingrid was extremely welcoming from the beginning and help me throughout the entire process of picking and buying the perfect gift. Without her or her help I would still be stuck deciding what to get. Im obsessed with the disney and marvel charms, this experience has made me want to buy more pandora products and come back as soon as possible!!

Ingrid was very helpful in helping me to exchange a gift for something more my style. Despite store inventory going on she was able to locate all the items I asked about. I decided on a keychain with a ring and 3 charms. I bet some other people would use the keychain with a clasp as a purse charm.

I really was satisfied with the level of service provided. Ingrid was so nice and helpful. I appreciated the smiles at the door and assisting me right away. She also cleaned my jewelry for free which was super kind. Highly recommend :)
