I went to the store to purchase the new purse fobs. There were three sizes. Juliana, Neify and and Nicole were so supportive! I could not have decided on my purchases without them. They listened to my needs and just offering theirs. I inquired about the cleaning of my old charms and graciously told me to come on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. I came back and dropped off the charms yesterday to Juliana. because they were so nice, I brought a friend in today who purchased an item. I cannot say enough good things about Gloria. I am extremely impressed with the staff at Merrick Park-more so than any other Pandora store I have ever visited in Miami, Florida.

I’m a regular here all the associates know me and they know I’m looking for something in particular! Disney! It’s always a good time and I always leave with a smile on my face!
