Great service, great and friendly service. They were excellent in keeping everything organized and clean. They offered advise on what to take and let me see as needed

The attendant was very friendly and assisted me with my selections I had already made from the book that was given to me previously. She was able to assemble my bracelet and provided me with instructions on how to take care of it. She also indicated that I can come clean my bracelet whenever I choose.

Nicole was VERY helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for and was extremely patient. She’s the first person who knew my taste.

The Pandora experience was excellent. The store is bright, clean and full of light. Its is also a tiny store, which make the selection experience easy (I personally don't like big stores; everytime I go to a bigger store I feel overwhelmed and feeling like I miss something). The associates are also very knowledgeable and helpful. In a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate them as a 12.

The staff is very friendly with lots of good energy ready to help. They found my selected items quickly. I had some questions about some pieces that changed color and they explained the reasons very professionally. I love shopping at this location.
