This was my first time in a Pandora store and the experience was like nothing I have experienced before. The service was beyond phenomenal and so were the people assisting me. Melissa assisted throughout the whole process and she was 100 million thousand percent helpful. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced with Pandora products. Even though I was purchasing a bracelet and charms as a gift for someone she has never met she was able to pick out the perfect items. Had it not been for her I would not have been able to the perfect gift for my mother. She was very patient, kind, and extremely flexible with my budget. She also provided very useful, and might I add, "tasteful" opinions on the charms. I have never received better customer service anywhere else. The attention to detail was phenomenal and that in itself is an understatement. If anyone goes to this store I highly recommend going with her. She knows very well what she is doing and can help pick out the best products. I left the store extremely satisfied with the service and I will definitely return to this store.

The only problem I had was the 30 minute wait outside because there were already 2 customers inside. After 30 minutes I asked the manager if she could get me what I wanted, I didn’t need to look around. She did and it only took 5 minutes. Wish I had known I Could have done that before I waited 30 minutes.

Everytime I stop by pandora I’m always greeted very friendly and always see my favorite associates, I always say I’m looking for one thing but I end up purchasing more than expected because they know exactly what I like.

The Magager of the store Eli is so knowledgeable of everything in the store and the customers needs. Valery took care of me and she was very pleasant and made sure to clean everything. They also offered to clean my earings that i bought there. I will always go back to this store.
