Porque me gusta mucho el producto, aunque cambiaron el empaque donde lo entregaban que me parecía super mega elegante. El empaque lo valía... Y dejaron de sacar por ejemplo la bambalinas de navidad con el dohen adentro. Eso era un espectáculo.. Y cosas así... Amo Pandora pero no se 🤷🏻‍♀️ porque están cambiando lo especial o la esencia del negocio

Overall, I did receive the ring that I ordered. It took much longer than I thought it would. I received the wrong product twice. Once, I had it delivered to my apartment, and it was a different size than what I specified. The second time, I drove to the store that ordered it, and they had been sent the wrong ring, and had to reorder it.

The sales associate Nicole G. was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product and helped me find a charm that is very significant to me. I will definitely return to this store and with this associate. I highly recommend it.

Best customer service ever. The merchandise is good quality and beautiful! The store is lovely and very good located. I will visit the store very soon. Also the display is amazing.
