I tried to return a broken charm and they were not able to help and said I had to call Pandora's customer service. Why not just exchange the broken merchandise?

I was satisfied in a lot of things but the pushing about the Pandora credit card multiple times asked I was not satisfied. Also some of the charns that I wanted were not in stock and Teo many associates helping just one client. The other thing that I was not satisfied is with the kind of pushing me to but things that I didn’t like or want.

There was not enough merchandise to chose from although I understood stock was low due to the holiday season.

the people working there gave great suggestions and super friendly. I found what I was looking for with no problem and more.

The jelwery is beautiful, prices a little expensive for bein made in Thailand

The Associates were very helpful and knowledgeable
