Everyone was great. Just trying to hard sell a little too much which made me feel like I had to buy something. And the bangle end caps I ended up buying last chance seem a little loose but still good.

I asked the sales associate for a rose gold bangle. That went fine. When I went to pay my husband who is a veteran showed the sales associate the in person 10% discount and the sales associate said it was not valid today, although it is an everyday discount. The sales associate did not attempt to scan the code that said in person code and just said it was an online code. Had they tried it would have been a different experience. It was obvious they did not know what they were doing.

Due to covid-19 restrictions only 2 guests per associate are allowed in the store. This makes sense... but while waiting outside, my girlfriend and I were waiting and we were the only ones in line. After waiting several minutes there were a few behind us in line. A customer finished and left the store. The associate came outside and asked if anyone was a preferred member, to which the two people behind us (they were together) said “yes we have the card”. Then the associate let’s those two people in the store and says “company policy that preferred members go first” and then CLOSED THE DOOR IN OUR FACE. NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. My girlfriend was very upset and even wanted to leave. I figured there was no sense in arguing with the associate so we waited for the next available. Several minutes later another customer left the store and the other associate was very nice. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We knew what we wanted before walking in and we almost walked away due to the rudeness of the first associate. Terrible customer service from one and then great customer service from the next. This is bad, and I will never again go to that store location.

The sales associate Victoria was not a kind and friendly salesperson. No one was in the store and did not let me in to shop. She lost a sale and a customer. We are the ones that keep your company going.

I came to the Pandora in Merrick Park Coral Gables to purchase some jewelry. I was in complete shock that the assistant manager that they have at this store is completely incompetent and can not even speak English! Thank goodness for the sales lead Ingrid who stepped in to help me out! Ingrid went above and beyond to help me out and make sure that my experience was not a terrible one and that my satisfaction was her main goal. Ingrid has amazing customer service experience and to be honest should be promoted to the manager position, clearly she has the skills that it takes!

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. The woman working at the store accused me of bringing back a “used” bracelet hours after I purchased a brand new bracelet for my mother. When in reality, I came and bought a “brand new” bracelet from this store and when I got home it was very loose on my mother. Therefore we came back to the store to get it properly adjusted and this woman accused me of switching out the bracelet for a used item. I cannot begin to explain how disrespectful that is. I work very hard every day for my money and I would never do something so classless in my life. I’m a small business owner and take pride in being self sustainable, financially. I will never shop at this store again. I might not ever shop with this brand again, because it’s evident that there is no culture of respect toward to customers that pay the companies bottom dollar profits. The salary that pays the woman that disrespected me comes from hard working, paying customers just like myself. For her to tell me repeatedly that I was basically comityibg fraud, is something I will never forget. I’m a very disappointed and disgusted customer.

I order an in store pick up. I went to the store to pick it up. I had to wait over an hour. No one told me why. Plus what I order was not in store. I was told they were prioritizing the customers that was in store versus in store pick up. I had to repurchase a charm because the one I order was not in store. So I paid twice and they couldn’t cancel my instore order.
