I never ever had an experience like the one I received from this Pandora location and it hurt my heart. I was discriminated against for whatever reason my color, my race I couldn’t believe the service. Nevertheless I love pandora and been a loyal customer for over 8yrs I wouldn’t wish my experience on anyone from this location and it really saddens me.

It was advertised that upon spending a certain amount I would qualify for a free gift, I waited in line for over 30mins to get into the store. I had several items already selected over $300 worth, and was finally told they had run out and that there was nothing they could do. I promptly cut my purchase in half and walked out with only the charms I needed. I feel this was clearly false advertising and that after spending all that time waiting I should have been told there was none left in stock so that I might go to another location, but no. It was kept quiet until I had to ask about it. I've made several purchases from this store. No more.
