Good sales person, good selection of products, felt really looked after.

Our store representative was extremely helpful, offered us a brew, gave us plenty of information. Blonde hair lady, I can’t remember her name. But she was lovely. (Elk Mill site) product seemed great quality, will confirm when goods received. 8-12 week lead time did seem a little long in my opinion. But overall fantastic service.

The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they worked with us to find the perfect mattress for us to match the bed we ordered , extremely happy with my visit to the store and can’t wait for my bed and mattress to arrive

I visited the Dreams centre at Elk Retail Park in Royton. I was greeted by Cheryl who was very friendly but not pushy, with a warm personality. She took time to identify my needs and showed me various options within the store. Nothing was too much trouble for her answering all my questions with patience and product knowledge. Cheryl invited me to try the mattress test machine and then promptly invited me to try the various mattresses that matched my results. She then went through the costs involved in purchasing a bed and adjustable mattress. As I had never bought an adjustable mattress before I had lots of questions which Cheryl was more than happy to answer. I did not go ahead on the first visit in purchasing a bed and mattress as I wanted to measure the space in the bedroom (which Cheryl provided for me) before purchasing. I actually went back to speak to Cheryl on three separate occasions to discuss additional queries that I had. She was so friendly and helpful and only seemed to want to make sure that I had all the information to hand to make the right choice for me. I then bought the bed and mattress of my choice thanks to Cheryl. She is an asset to your company.
