I went looking round for a new mattress before the COVID 19 pandemic. When I returned back to the same store, the same store assistant (Cheryl at Elk Mill Dreams store) remembered my face, as I remembered hers. Cheryl showed me the exact mattress that I was looking at before the pandemic (the team GB mattress). Cheryl also showed me around other mattresses, however I chose the mattress I first set my eyes on. Cheryl gave the best mattress advice. Cheryl had a lovely personality and manner. Cheryl is an absolute credit to your store.

As I had no idea of how to narrow down what kind of mattress I wanted, Cheryl at the Oldham elk mill branch was super friendly and knowledgeable from start to finish! She showed me the dreams mattress machine to help find the mattress for me and showed me around the mattresses that I matched too! She was very patient and lovely when I wanted to go to and fro the different mattress before making my final decision. She was very helpful and kind and made everything smooth. I was also very impressed with the quick turn around for delivery and free mattress protector

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

The young lady who served us was extremely helpful and very friendly she was not pushy in any way. My husband is disabled and she made sure he could get round the store easily moving a chair so he could get to the desk to place our order. She pointed out a bargain mattress that was a display model which was ideal for us.

The customer service was great and Asad, the gentleman who helped us was brilliant. He understood our needs and once our house renovations are complete we will be back for our master bedroom bed and mattress.
