I was highly satisfied as you agent Rebecca in the Oldham Elk Mill retail park was really wonderful she understood my needs and advised me best she could regards the mattresses so I could make an more informed choice, she was really friendly and was very knowledgeable.. I got all the information I needed from her but decided to check out benson for beds too as it was next door, even though prices where similar to dreams I did not find the customer services i was looking for so decided to head back to dreams and purchase from your company. Had it not been for her amazing customer service I probably purchased else where.

Store staff had knowledge and understanding of what was needed from a bed which is needed for medical reasons. Assisted with trying the bed out and encouraged my mum to repeatedly try it to make sure she was happy with the bed before buying. The offer of a cuppa while doing this was a nice touch. No pressure put on us to buy. We did.
