I feel that we had a really positive experience due to the assistant cheryl she was really helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the bed we were buying. Cheryl was very friendly offering us a drink, she made the whole experience so easy. The quality of the TV beds are excellent which is so important to us.

The young lady (tall blond hair) was very pleasant and courteous and knew what we wanted as soon as we mentioned the Harrison Spinks name and that we had seen the Inside Factory Show on tv. She was very helpful in every way

I visited the store tree times over a five days. First with my daughter, then with my son and his wife and also with my husband. Each time the same member of staff dealt with me (Cheryl). She was so friendly and helpful but i felt no pressure at all to purchase. Cheryl took the time to answer all my questions and offered her knowledge and advice. She was just as helpful when I wanted to purchase a bed and mattress for my daughter and then my son and his wife. I was so impressed with her service I did not bother to look at any other bed shops but bought straight from Dreams.

From the minute we walked through the door the sales lady 'Ikra' approached us asking us if we required any help. Our initial intention was to buy a hypnos bed. Straight away she asked if we would like to try the 'sleepmatch' . We agreed to this as we both had unusual sleep patterns and back & neck issues. She explained clearly how this worked. This came up with approx 5 beds to try. We tried them all. This also included our original choice of Hypnos. However to our surprise the Tempur was by far the most comfy. She then showed us the options for the bed base. We asked if we could upgrade to the fully lift up bed as we needed storage which she showed us. She then asked us to choose our pillow. We got back on the bed and tested both options. After everything had been chosen we sat down to place the order.ikra was extremely helpful and asked if we would like tea or coffee. From start to finish the service was exceptional and they even offered to take our old bed away when they deliver. We intended spending about £1200 however ikra was very knowledgeable and totally upsold us to the tempur. Very happy & we cant wait to reveive our new bed!
