The assitant name ikra from your branch in elk mill retail park could not have done anything more to make my visit more pleasant very professional and smart made me feel at ease right away so it was an easy decision to buy your product thank you

The member of staff Becky at the Elk Mill store in Oldham was very attentive, knowledgable and friendly. Could not have asked for better customer service from her.

Kathryn the sales assistant suggested that we have the "bed test" to determine which level of comfort was suitable for us. This was extremely useful as we had no idea of which mattress would suit us best. We then tried the recommended beds and decided on the mattress for us. This was then ordered, delivery not for another week yet.

We were assisted extremely capably by Rebecca who was very friendly whilst highly professional, her product knowledge could not have been better and her help in choosing the right mattress is very much appreciated by both of us. Please pass on our thanks to her.

Becky was fab. She knew the products inside out, was very friendly and also sensitive to my disability. She didn't overly pressure us and made the experience very comfortable.
