BECAUSE OF THE ASSISTANTS FRIENDLINESS MADE FULLY AWARE AND INFORMED US ALL THE PURCHASE DETAILS CLEARLY OFFERED US A DRINK AND WAS VERY KIND TO OUR GRANDCHILDREN SO WELL DONE STAFF

Very friendly staff knowledgable and it was actually fun we were made to feel very comfortable and not pressured with anything

We visited the store twice before putting our order as we could not agree due to the number of beds for sale.The staff were great and made us coffee after we selected the one we wanted.Delivery was arranged an we had the bed built for us by two very polite young men.A very pleasant experience all round.

Helped at every turn and questions answered well and in a way I could understand.

We went to the Oldham Elk Mill shop. When we went in it was quite late and approaching closing time. Your employee Cheryl was very friendly and providing great assistance. She shown us the bed matcher and then went through the results and different options. Even though it was 15 minutes until closing she stayed behind to complete the sale and setup the finance agreement, etc. She was great, definitely the kind of employee you want working for you.

The machine for finding the right mattress was brilliant. The first mattress we tried was brilliant, we tried others but went back to the first one. We had to go home to take a measurement, was under no pressure, came back and placed the order with Cheryl who we had been with in the morning

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were served by Rebecca who was very friendly and professional. We spent more on the product than we had originally budgeted for but Rebecca really did sell the bed to us and we are extremely happy with the service in which we received, this very much helped with our decision.

The service we received was both friendly and helpful. We were shown a number of choices as determined by your sleep indicator. We found them all to be of an acceptable quality.
