The assistant,Kathryn,was very helpful. We were not sure what we wanted when we first went to Dreams,but she explained all options in detail,and when we were unsure she would explain again taking time to outline what she thought would be the best beds for our needs.This was very useful as my wife,Jane, has back problems and we needed the best advice which we greatly appreciated.

Becky, our assistant, knew her job so well and quickly understood our needs by listening attentively..Consequently the shopping experience was excellent. We easily understood how she was able to guide us into making the correct choice of mattress and divan.

We was so confused with what to buy however the lady (Kat) was such a great help she understood what we was after and guided us in the right direction and helped us a lot..we went out and had a think about decide what we wanted to do and actually came back into the shop only because she was really understanding and helpful and very knowledgeable about beds and mattresses..awesome member of staff good at her job..keep it up hiring staff like her as she is one of the reasons we came back and I know we haven’t made a wrong decision of what we have purchased.
