Cheryl was very helpful, we have visited the store a few times to find the bed we wanted and each visit Cheryl was there to answer any questions we had. She told us about any offers that were on and also went off to see if there was any other discounts she could add. She was fantastic

It was my first visit to Dreams and as I did not know which mattress I needed wanted advice. I was met with extremely helpful staff, who showed me all sorts of mattresses and pillows. I found the advice very helpful and was even more impressed that there was no hard sell involved.

Very friendly staff, good product display and prices were within range we were looking for.

Very helpful assistant, kind and patient

We tried the simulator to get a mattress match which was a huge help in helpful us to find the right products. The colleague (Rebecca at Oldham Elk Mill) who assisted us was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. We got exactly what we were looking for: a beautiful new divan bed, headboard, mattress and we even treated ourselves to some special pillows lol.

Very friendly, welcoming staff and very accommodating as my son is autistic and Cheryl was very understanding when assisting us with choosing a bed for him along with new pillow.

I thought that the use of the assessment machine at the start was a very good place to start to determine my wants/needs.

Sales associate Kat was bery helpful. She showed us plenty of options. Took her time explaining the products to us but did so without over complicating the process. She helped us narrow down our options and was patient while we made our decision

a young man named oliver approached us on entering the store and offered his service we told him which bed we wanted to look at and he took us to the product he wasnt pushy or in your face he asked us if we wanted time to think we said yes and he offered us a hot drink.we then started to chat to an assistant named kat who couldnt have done anymore for us she explained everything in as much detail as she could we had decided on buying the bed and on seing another 1 we also decided to buy them both plus a new matress too and pillows both kat and oliver are a credit to the oldham store. fantastic knowledgeable assistants
