Kat was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She clearlyknew the technical information on the prodcuts and which were the best buys. The only negative was she stated the Saturday was the last day of the sales when it was actually the Sunday which was the day after. Otherwise she was briliiant and helpful.

We were served by a lovely lady called Becky. She was very polite and understood exactly what we were looking for in a mattress. The choice of mattresses was excellent.
