The sales assistant was excellent - he used a 'bed machine' to evaluate our needs in terms of the mattress, then advised us accordingly. He gave us his undivided attention while we tried out a variety of mattresses , talked us through prices, quality etc and answered all our questions. He explained the returns/exchange policies, mattress protectors and insurance (both of which we bought). He made us a cup of coffee which was really nice and didn't put any pressure on us to buy a certain product. Overall, this was a very good experience and we felt we came home with a product we liked and that was within our price range. Thank you so much to 'Dreams' and especially to Kas, the sales assistant who was very patient, friendly and approachable.

Staff were very friendly and chatty, spoke about their personal experiences with the same mattress. Gave us their time and patience whilst we decided on the order even went past the member of staffs shift.

Great assistant and advices what lead us to buy new bed and matress. Without assistant help i would be lost in the big range of products.
