Good customer service from Ikra. Very friendly i was going to go to bensons but i’m glad i went here with my wife. it was her choice and we made a great purchase of a bed and a mattress.

Ikra was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me a cup of tea!

Pleasant and knowledgable

Time was taken to understand what we required. Different options where advised. We where given time to look around try beds discuss what we thought without the sales team being pushy .

Our sales assistant Cheryl was very welcoming and put us instantly at ease regarding our excited 2 year old and his wanting to run all over the store. She gave him a balloon and also entertained him giving my wife and I time to try out a few of the suggested mattresses, we were also given a cup of coffee and our little boy was given a few sweets- which pleased him very much! Cheryl was a credit to the store.

The assistant was very professional and extremely helpful. We had an idea of what we wanted but she helped us to make the right decision and gave us some time to ourselves without any sales pressure while we made that decision. We would certainly go back to this store in the future.

The sales assistant was very pleasant and very helpful. No pressure to buy either, unlike other stores. Great service and the product is being delivered very quickly after purchase.
