I had previously purchased a bed from you and wanted a larger one. I came in last week to do some research and on our return the assistant recognised us and was extremely helpful, she even helped us find a colour which wasn’t online

A woman named Ikra helped us and was so friendly, answered all our questions and really helped us find what we were looking for. She was constantly holding conversation and wasn’t awkward and seemed like she actually enjoyed helping us. When such a bubbly and likeable person like her helps you whilst your shopping, it just really lifts your mood, making it overall more enjoyable.
