Becky was very helpful & knowledgeable, providing us with a number of options to consider. She was also very patient when waiting for us to decide what to do. She guided us through the experience of buying a bed, making things as easy as possible. She clearly understood any of our queries & helped us to make the best possible choice of replacement bed for ourselves. We had not actually set out to buy a bed, this particular day but was impressed with your machine that was able to suggest what kind of mattress suited our needs.

The assistant, Cheryl, was very helpful and informative. I gave her my requirements and she guided me in terms of choosing a bed. So many choice of beds in store difficult to know where to start. Her Customer care was excellent.

Rebecca who assisted us with our purchase displayed an in depth knowledge of beds and mattresses and was mor than capable of explaining technical requirements I.e posture/sleeping positions etc, and made us feel very assured that we would receive the best product for our needs The visit to your store was stress free and made so simple by Rebecca and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others

All sales people were extremely helpful and friendly at the store. Although we were served by Ikra other assistants helped by looking for items on the internet (since our visit to the store started when the store was not very busy.) The store manger was also helpful- Susie - since she knew some of the items we looked at had a long delivery time. We needed something available in a week or so.

It was so easy the lady that helped in the shop was really helpful and could not have done anything more for me
