Fantastic knowledge from store assistant, made to feel very welcomed and not pressured. Friendly staff within the store -even had a coffee made whilst we tried out recommendations of mattresses and pillows. Kat, our assistant, her boss and other colleague were so happy to talk to us, nothing was too much trouble-so knowledgable on various mattress supports and was the best shopping experience we have had in such a long time. I would highly recommend this store to anybody wanting a fabulous service, really friendly approach, welcoming staff and outstanding knowledge on all things to ensure a great nights sleep!!!

The assistant was very friendly and not overbearing. This meant we could browse and discuss our options without being interrupted, but she was available to answer our questions and provide advice. There was a good range of products to choose from.

From walking in was greeted by friendly accomading staff, never know what mattress to get and computerised machine made this so much easier then staff had all the time in the world without being mithered. Overall easy stress free day
