We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and offered a hot drink. We were directed to the sleep analyser and it was available straight away. The sales girl Becky stayed either next to us or a shout away during our whole time in the store. We were given our own pillows to use when trying the beds which we had been matched to.

Having looked at other stores including next and Benson's for beds, Dreams appears to be the best value for money. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to advise accordingly. Delivery time was also a pleasant surprise- with only a 2 week wait.
