I tried a number of other companies stores for a new mattress. The whole feel of the Dreams store felt comfortable and set out in a manner which made it easy to try out different mattresses. I didn't feel pressured into buying and was given time and space. We were also matched to mattress using Dreams innovative new computer software.

Was interesting using the special bed that checked your needs/whats best suited and the adviser was then able to show us variations from the results (from very firm to slightly less, but still firm) and were able to choose a bed that felt it best suited our needs

Kat was extremely helpful, took her time with what I needed and asked for and didn’t rush us at all. She showed me all options and explained everything to me. Kat was extremely friendly, patient and approachable and made the experience very pleasurable.

Our assistant (Cheryl) was extremely friendly and very welcoming. If we were to return to the store for anything in future, we would look to seek her out again.

We was made to feel very welcome by both members of staff especially Cheryl who dealt with us, she was very patient and lovely, made us two cups of tea, while we waited and made up our mind, nothing was to much trouble for her, we found the perfect bed and cannot wait to receive it, the waiting time is a little long, but we do understand it's only because we have no bed at the moment, so was expecting around two weeks rather than 6 but, know it will be worth the wait when we receive it, thank you for a lovely experience and in helping us choose the correct bed Dreams and Cheryl from elk mill xx

As soon as I entered the store I was welcomed by friendly staff. I was made to feel at ease and was shown the technology where it can advise me on which mattresses was best almost straight away. The same member of staff remained with me throughout the process and she had excellent knowledge about the products and the business. They were also very understanding and helpful about advising on payment methods. Overall it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, no pressures felt which often happens when I visit other stores an I will defiantly be returning.
