The member of staff I dealt with in-store (Becky) was friendly, knowledgable, and listened and understood my needs (budget, usage, etc). She even offered to make us a hot beverage.

brilliant customer service from kassam very helpful and friendly, had all the answers to our questions and explained everything very clearly. kassam had good knowledge of all the products available in store he took his time to find the right bed to meet my needs and offered us refreshments while we made our choice. we left very happy.

Customer service from the moment we entered the store was exceptional. The staff member dealing with us, Iqra, was very kind, friendly and knowledgeable about the products available, in particular the differences between individual beds, and what would best suit our needs according to our budget. Iqra went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied with our experience at the store and helped make me decide to place the order on the day.
