We visited the store to purchase one pillow and ended up purchasing 2 x pillows, a Tempur mattress and a bed frame. We both commented on how the Sleepmatch assessment was one of the best in-store experiences we have ever had, and Becky's customer service was second-to-none. She was knowledgeable, not at all pushy, and overall a genuine person. We now think positively of the Dreams brand because of Becky's customer service level.
